Today we have the pleasure of interviewing Arantxa Roca<\/strong>, our Marketing and Communication Director<\/strong>. Get ready to learn more about her professional career, her vision of the events sector and her personal life, which make her a close and passionate leader. <\/p>\n\n

As the song says, “I was born in the Mediterranean…”. So begins the story of Arantxa, Valencian by birth, Basque on her mother’s side and Madrilenian at heart, after having spent more than half her life living in Madrid. Graduated in Commercial Management and Marketing<\/strong> at ESIC, she completed a Postgraduate Degree in Communication<\/strong> at IE, and has worked in Communication and Marketing in the real estate sector, in the promotional area as an account manager, as well as in aviation as a flight attendant. <\/p>\n\n

For over 8 years, Arantxa has been part of the Workout family…<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The truth is that I’m quite surprised when I say that because it seems like a long time, but it doesn’t feel like that. I guess when you like what you do so much, time goes by faster. <\/p>\n\n

What do you enjoy the most about your job?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

It may sound unoriginal, but I am passionate about everything. I think I like it so much because it is not a monotonous job, as it requires continuous training and innovation in order to keep up with new trends and technologies. In addition, creativity plays a crucial role to remain competitive. This combination of constant learning and the opportunity to be creative motivates me on a daily basis. <\/p>\n\n
