In the world of human resources management, finding a leader who combines passion, dedication, and authenticity is a true treasure. In this interview, we have the opportunity to get to know Carlos V\u00e1zquez better\u2014the Madrid native who embodies all these qualities and currently heads the Human Resources department at Workout Events<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

After studying Labor Relations, Human Resources<\/strong> and PRL<\/strong>, Carlos began his career approximately 10 years ago managing work teams at Workout as Personnel Coordinator in the Assembly department. He remembers that time fondly, as he associates it with personal effort and constant learning. <\/p>\n\n

Over time, he found his place in the Staff department, where he has managed to turn his passion for connecting with people into a profession that helps others to shine.<\/p>\n\n

Thank you for taking a few minutes, Carlos. First of all, could you explain to us what the Workout Staff department does? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Basically, we recruit talent to work at different types of events across Spain. We also manage employee vacations, monitor work hours, handle communication with employees, and keep them informed about our work methodology. <\/p>\n\n

What kinds of professional profiles are most in demand in the events industry?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

At Workout, we work with more than 50 professional categories, although the ones in highest demand today are those specializing in Installation<\/a><\/strong> and Logistics<\/a><\/strong>: high-altitude workers, assembly assistants, runners who can move merchandise from one location to another\u2026<\/p>\n\n

Is it possible to build a career working in events, or is it more for temporary jobs?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Both options are available, but it depends on the individual\u2019s aspirations.<\/p>\n\n

Recruiters also pay close attention to the duration of previous jobs and the gap between each work experience.<\/p>\n\n
