However, when the opportunity to work in audiovisual editing came up, he jumped at the chance and joined the team.<\/p>\n\n<p>He began his professional career at <strong>WORKOUT<\/strong> as an editor of audiovisual structures and little by little, proving his worth, he worked his way up to become coordinator of the audiovisual editing department. <strong>Let&#8217;s meet C\u00e9sar!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Temporary Editor, Contract Editor and Coordinator of the Audiovisual Editing Department<\/strong> have been the positions you have held in these 2 years within <strong>WORKOUT<\/strong>&#8230; <strong>\n  <em>What do you consider to have been the strengths that have led you to achieve these promotions?<\/em>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>A:<\/strong> In a nutshell, I think the strengths most valued by <\/em><strong>WORKOUT<\/strong><em>for my progress are:<\/em><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>The <strong>effort<\/strong> and <strong>willingness<\/strong> I have had to solve any type of work required, both on the street and in the office.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>The <strong>commitment<\/strong> I have shown, both to the company and to my colleagues and clients.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>And a lot of<strong> perseverance<\/strong>.<\/em><em> <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Now that you are a coordinator, <strong>\n  <em>What is your next goal and how do you plan to achieve it?<\/em>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>A:<\/strong> The <strong>next objective<\/strong>, due to natural growth in the company, would be to become &#8220;<strong>Audiovisual Editor in Charge<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><em>I will achieve this without rushing, <strong>working as I <\/strong>have done so far, <strong>promoting teamwork<\/strong> and <strong>improving<\/strong> on the things that people think I need to improve in order to be a good leader.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><em>I think that being responsible for a department requires the acquisition of qualities and skills that I still have to develop and demonstrate if I want to be an example for the team to follow.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>On a professional level, <strong><em>What characteristics do you value most in the people around you?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>A:<\/strong> I think the most important thing in the work environment is <strong>&#8220;FELLOWSHIP&#8221;<\/strong>. Feeling the support of your team, both in professional and personal situations provides stability, a good work environment and a desire to go to work.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Doing something you love once a day gives you the energy you need to do those things you don&#8217;t like so much. <strong><em>What gives you that energy in your life?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>A:<\/strong> Having the <strong>stability<\/strong> to build a personal project with my partner, with more comfort and less uncertainty.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>We want to know more about C\u00e9sar. In one word <em><strong>How would you define your past, present and future?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Past &#8211; <em>mmm&#8230; &#8220;<strong>Hard&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present &#8211;  <em>How difficult! But right now <strong>&#8220;Happy&#8221;.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Future- <strong>&#8220;<em>Surprise&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><em>,<\/em> I<em> don&#8217;t know what&#8217;s in store for me<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>I say<em><strong> What does &#8230;mean to you?<\/strong><\/em>and you answer me with the first word that comes to your mind<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commitment: <strong>&#8220;<em>Loyalty&#8221;<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teamwork: <strong>&#8220;<em>Results<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Living: <strong>&#8220;<em>Opportunity&#8221;<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fellowship: Eh&#8230;! And why?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>A: <\/strong>The phrase that most identifies me would be the African proverb:<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><strong><em>&#8220;If you want to get there fast walk alone, if you want to get far walk in a group.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><em>I believe that to achieve great things and to move projects forward it is necessary to have more heads thinking and supporting each other.
