The professional role of the
concert editor
This profile is part of the technical team of the event and collaborates in the assembly and disassembly of stages and other elements necessary for the show. They are used to working live, respecting time and adapting to the space.
Usual functions:
- Assembly of stage structures and platforms.
- Support in the installation of sound, lights or screens.
- Loading and unloading of technical material.
- Organization of the material after disassembly.
- Coordination with aldermen, technical managers or road managers.

Climbers y scaffolders con formación en estructura tubular, andamiaje, cubiertas y gradas.
Organizan los turnos y son tu contacto directo durante todo el montaje.
CÓMO TRABAJAMOS UN MONAJE
- 1. Revisamos con producción los planos, los horarios de carga y descarga y los plazos de entrega.
- 2. Calculamos el equipo y los turnos para cubrir el montaje, el concierto y el desmontaje.
- 3. Enviamos personal formado en prevención de riesgos laborales y con los equipos de protección necesarios.
- 4. Al terminar organizamos el desmontaje y la salida del material en el orden que marque producción.

Yes, we are used to working in extended hours, at night or in fractioned assemblies depending on the planning of the event or the venue’s restrictions.
Do you include dismantling and logistical support at the end of the show?
Yes, if required by the client, the service can include both assembly and disassembly, as well as packing and organization of the material for its removal.
Are your concert riggers trained in occupational risk prevention?
Yes, all Workout Events professionals are trained in PRL, safe handling of technical materials and work at height training if required.
Do you have concert riggers available throughout Spain?
Yes, we cover events throughout the national territory, with the possibility of moving personnel or activating local teams according to the needs of the project.
How far in advance do I need to request staff?
The sooner you request it, the better—especially during festival season. Even so, we have a 24-hour on-call service, 365 days a year, for emergencies and last-minute changes.
