At Workout Events we have a multidisciplinary team of event setup personnel, prepared to adapt to all types of structures, environments and levels of complexity. These are the most common profiles:
Operational support personnel for loading, unloading and distribution of materials, acting in an agile and coordinated manner in the early stages of assembly.
Specialized helpers in the installation of structures such as platforms, tents, stages or stands. Essential support for concerts, fairs and shows.
Certified climbers and scaffolders, prepared for critical tasks in elevated areas: assembly of roofs, vertical structures, anchor points or placement of tarpaulins.
Professionals with a valid license to operate lifting platforms, forklifts or specialized machinery in an assembly environment (cherry picker or similar).
Technical support for sound equipment, lighting, wiring, video or assembly of non-specialized electrical structures.
Specialist in the installation of structures such as stages, tents, platforms or furniture. His experience guarantees a solid, agile and safe assembly.
Responsible for general coordination: reading blueprints, assigning tasks, execution times and direct communication with production.

Commitment to assembly safety
At Workout Events we give top priority to safety in every project. All our assembly staff is trained in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP), complying with current regulations to ensure both their own safety and that of those attending the event.
In addition, our teams always work equipped with approved PPE (vest, helmet and safety footwear, in addition to the harness in assembly at height), adapted to the type of assembly and work environment.
We also have our own PRL Risk Prevention technicians, specialized in supervising safety in the assembly processes. Their mission is to ensure that all tasks are carried out respecting safety protocols, minimizing risks and ensuring an efficient and safe development of the event.
