At Workout we understand the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitment as a roadmap that guides our decisions and gives meaning to our work model. It is not only about offering staffing services for events, but to do so by committing to a more humane, inclusive and sustainable management.

This June, this commitment has been doubly recognized with two awards that highlight our commitment to employment as a tool for social inclusion, especially among young people. These awards not only fill us with pride, but also motivate us to continue building a fairer, more accessible sector, full of real opportunities for groups at risk of exclusion.

The two awards were made in the Community of Madrid.

We received our first recognition at the “Con Iniciativa Propia” meeting , organized by the ASPA program . ASPA program program of the Madrid City Council and the social entity Option 3. In this case, our track record of collaboration in promoting employability in the events sector, especially for young women, was valued.

The second mention came from the hand of Spanish Red Crossas part of its #ContrataSin campaign, which highlights and supports companies that bet on young people without professional experience, but with a lot to contribute. At Workout Events we firmly believe that talent is not always measured by an extensive resume, but by attitude, commitment and willingness to learn.

Both awards were collected by our colleagues from Staff and Human Resources in Madrid, who every day apply a close and people-focused management approach. An approach that is committed to discovering young talent, incorporating it into the world of work, offering it its first opportunity and accompanying it in its training in a real professional environment.

Together, towards a more sustainable sector

From our Equality Plan to our labor inclusion policies, at Workout we strive every day to make our offices and the events in which we participate spaces where talent has opportunities, regardless of their origin, gender, age or personal situation.

We believe that sustainability goes beyond the environmental aspect, as it also has a social component. Therefore, when we talk about positive impact, we are talking about much more than recycling or reducing emissions (although this is also important), we are talking about generating decent employment, promoting professional careers, supporting vulnerable groups and building networks with entities that share our values.
