Show that anything is possible at an event!
The appointment is this July 3 and 4, at booth A30, at Evento Days 2019 at IFEMA.
In this multitudinous fair, 8 companies, each one specialized in its field and with a wide trajectory in “Digital Media”, “Structures”, “Tents”, “Event Personnel Management”, “Decoration”, “Catering”, “Printing” and “Flights”, together we join forces to reveal what we are capable of doing.
The theme of inspiration is the challenges we event suppliers face every day, so the chosen claim is: “Dare to challenge us”.
The values to be highlighted are: the synergy between companies, teamwork and the commitment we have with our clients, all of this, always referring to the dynamics that are experienced in the planning and operation of each event.
The main idea was to involve all visitors to stand A30 in the challenge, promoting their interaction by adding 100 km for each business card they deposit in an urn specially placed for this purpose.
The dynamics is simple: when you deposit your business card, the counter will automatically add 100 km to the count, so to reach the final figure, 40,066 km (distance to go around the world following the equator), it will be necessary to collect more than 400 business cards.
In the event that the goal is not reached, the team, made up of the 8 companies, will walk or run the remaining kilometers.
So, with cooperation and a lot of motivation we will go around the world in Evento days 2019!
At the end of the fair, and in order to reward the participation of the attendees, there will be a raffle for an airplane trip, sponsored by Dares Vuelos.
