At Workout we believe in the importance of the human team, that is why we are specialized in offering you professional profiles for each business area you may need: assembly, catering, image, security, logistics and auxiliary.

We are also aware that a company has a social and environmental impact. We care about people and the environment. Hence, our Corporate Social Responsibility program is focused on developing sustainability strategies in all our services.

We are part of society and believe that our work should contribute to its development.

Our performance tools are as follows:

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Our CSR program is mainly focused on 3 lines of action:

  • Rational use of resources and care for the environment: use of recycled materials, energy saving, recycling of waste generated during services, etc…
  • Codes of sustainable conduct among employees and suppliers.
  • Carbon footprint reduction.

COMPLIANCE

In our commitment to identify, prevent and manage potential operational and legal risks, we have developed our own Code of Ethics and Conduct.

In the same line, we have implemented a responsible channel to manage any incident related to non-compliance or doubts regarding the code of ethics, which will be treated confidentially by the Compliance Committee, formed by 5 employees of the company.

OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION

The objective of ORP is to prevent accidents from occurring by protecting the safety and health of workers through a prevention plan, and is covered by Law 31/1995.

With this objective in mind, we carried out the following internal actions:

  • Preventive activities to eliminate and reduce risks.
  • We provide ad hoc training to ensure that workers are aware of the regulations and the correct operation of the work tools.
  • We ensure compliance with OHS regulations.

LABORAL

We are committed to strict compliance with labor regulations. The agreements signed between workers’ representatives and employers to set working conditions and productivity are our guide for action and our own Labor Department is in charge of ensuring their compliance and complying with fair pay and taxation according to the law.

EQUALITY PLAN

As established by Royal Decree-Law 6/2019, of March 1, on urgent measures to guarantee equal treatment and opportunities between women and men in employment and occupation, organizations are legally obliged to draw up their Equality Plans.

The equality plan developed by Workout, following a diagnosis of the situation, includes measures aimed at achieving equal treatment and opportunities between women and men and eliminating gender discrimination in our company.

Our commitment has always been and continues to be to labor inclusion and diversity.
